Since some of the articles on this site relate to the practice of treating health issues with acupressure (and I strongly believe that it helps), I wanted to share a great on-line resource that I’ve recently found which can help you fulfill your interest in this technique and help treat your problems.

The Stanford University’s website contains an online application which lists and displays which acupressure points should be applied according to a specific problem you might have with your body.

The site includes some general directions on how to apply acupressure and then allows to find the correct acupressure points by letting you select your illness or symptoms, divided into 4 parts:

  • Head
  • Trunk
  • Limbs
  • Whole body / anywhere

Some of the entries are actual illnesses or pain locations and other are bioenergy controlling help.

There’s also a Palm application that can be downloaded and which contains all the information in the palm of your hand, wherever you go
