There exist a lot of different exercises to increase one’s energy levels. There are breathing exercises coming mostly from yoga tradition. These exercises are based on breathing in prana which is the yoga name for the life energy that chinese call Chi. Breathing exercises are good and can have a profound effect.
This article describes 2 short and simple exercises that will allow you to quickly increase your energy levels when you feel tired, either at work, in the morning or just about anytime. If you do energy healing work and your energy levels are low, these will help you prepare by collecting more energy just before the treatment.
Update: Added diagrams to describe the movements.
Update 2: I’ve added the third exercise by request, in a separate post: Third exercise for the 1 minute increasing energy level set
Update 3: Added new images for exercise one submitted by a reader, Ulf
Adrian Cooper has published an article on Mind Power News where he describes the process of manifestation – creating whatever you desire.
Adrian reminds that you can be whatever you choose to be. Yet he first suggests meditating on the desire to decide if that’s something that you really want. If you decide that you really want to bring something into your life, he suggests a five steps approach. The steps are:
- Know your desire.
- Ask for your desire.
- Experience your desire.
- Action towards your desire.
- Gratitude for your desire.
For a more complete description of the steps, read the original article.
Once again, these suggestions are very known to people dealing with personal development. It is somewhat similar to the previous article of creating luck. Brain Tracy wrote about these steps. Meditation techniques of Jose Silva use similar pattern as well.

Mind Power News website posted an article that deals with luck. The author states that luck can be attracted into one’s life using several methods. He starts by stating that there’s a difference between luck and chance, the latter being something unpredictable. He defines luck as the ability to take advantage of chances. The author proposes the idea that luck can be increased and gives 8 ways to do that. The short list is:
- 1. Get Ready for Luck
- 2. Create Mental Alertness
- 3. Practice Generosity
- 4. Get in touch with your Desire
- 5. Increase your Intuition
- 6. Undo Past Bad Luck
- 7. Create a Luck Anchor
- 8. Morning Luck Meditation/Affirmations
You’ll want to read the original article for the full explanations.
Personally, I haven’t found anything new in this list, although it’s always good to constantly feed your mind with good advice. I’ve met similar advices in the books and lectures of Brian Tracy, who has a similar approach to luck. Also, it reminds me of some of the Jose Silva techniques I have learned, like the meditations and mind work with visualizations. I have noted over my life that these things are true and working and in my understanding it all starts from the desire which, in turn, increases your attention to seeing the chances in the right way.
Make yourself lucky!

Since I started searching the internet more for research done in the parapsychology I’ve come across a lot of interesting and strong sites and articles. One of the best research I’ve seen so far is by William A. Tiller, Ph.D, Professor Emeritus at Stanford University, Dept. of Materials Science and Engineering. Prof. Tiller has been publishing in journals about parapsychology since the early 70ies.
Being a scientist, he obviously performed several scientific experiments to verify ‘paranormal’ abilities of humans. The experiment he writes most about is dealing with several aspects of the phenomena. In the experiment, 2 identical low-tech electrical devices (called IIED) were used. One was put aside for control. On the other device 4 qualified meditators impressed their intention for 1 hour. The purpose of the intention was changing the pH value of water by 1 whole point. The hypothesis was that human consciousness can affect the material world.
The devices were then sent to another laboratory and put near a normal water target. After 1 to 3 months of working the water had started to shift its pH value towards and reaching the target desired by the experiment’s meditators. The experiments were repeated several times in different US and european laboratories. The target was alternating between increasing and decreasing the pH value.
The english version of the russian newspaper Pravda.ru contains an article about psychic healers in Brazil. The famous healers in the country perform operations on patients using ordinary kitchen or pen knives but inflict no pain and don’t cause blood contamination.
Apparently, healing in Brazil was legalized around 1958 by president Kubitchek after a healer by the name of Ze Arigo healed president’s daughter by using a pen knife for cutting out a malignant tumor.
Personally, I’ve been on a public meeting with Dr. Temnikov who developed a system for healing and more, which we could call psychic (but he doesn’t). One of the effects of his system is the ability to stop blood and heals wounds quickly. In the meeting he told that a student of his, a Hungarian surgeon, performed an operation without any anesthetics just using the skills he has learned. I know several practitioners of his system and have heard some amazing first-hand stories from people I respect and have been lately a witness for a quick head pain with nausea in 10 minutes while driving a car. I intend to learn the system myself soon.

Quantum Biocommunication Technology blog has posted a review of a book dealing with what I called Universal Mind, or as the title of the book calls it ‘The Akashic Field‘. The author, Dr. Ervin Laszlo has researched the subject for four decades. He has come to the conclusion that everything in the universe is interconnected in this Akashic Records Field. The blog mentions the following as being some of the gems in this book:
- At a quantum level, reality is strange and it is nonlocal: the whole universe is a network of time and space transcending interconnection.
- Water has a remarkable capacity to register and conserve information, as indicated by, among other things, homeophatic remedies that remain effective even when not a single molecule of the original substance remains in a dilution.
- Generations after generations of humans have left their holographic traces in the A-field. These individual holograms integrate in a super hologram, which is the encompassing hologram of a tribe, community, or culture. The collective holograms interfaces and integrate in turn with the super-super hologram of all people. This is the collective information pool of humankind.

The Parascope website has a seven part article that deals with the micro-PK research. Micro-PK is Micro Psychokinesis – the supposed ability of the human mind to affect machines. Take a look at previous posts on the subject on this site. The article collects information from the various respectable research centers, such as Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research program (PEAR), Institute of Parapsychology (Rhine Research Center), Center for Environmental Studies at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada and other.
Reading the article would make even the skeptics thinking about the results of the research. Overall, all of the researches that were conducted have shown that human mind can alter the results of seemingly random events. Most of the tests used to determine the phenomena were using some kind of machine (computer or robot) to generate random patterns, either binary numbers, visual or mechanical. The results of the random patterns should have been 50% but over the course of many years of tests people have been able to alter the results for 1 to 2 percents in the favor of the desired result. This may not seem like a lot, but it is a statistically significant value that can’t be disregarded and definitely show that micro-PK does exist.
There’s a lot of information these days about Remote Viewing. Remote viewing is defined as ability to ‘see’ or perceive information about objects (places, people, event), possibly also related to another time, without any known means of communication. In the last several years there have been reports about the US Army and CIA having remote viewing programs in the past and, possible, in the present time. Some people claimed that they have participated in the programs and opened firms that promote remote viewing study programs.
There seem to be several remote viewing types. The classical one is remote viewing done by a psychic. You can search for my other posts here that relate to remote viewing to get an example. The other group of remote viewing has to do with different techniques available for ‘non-psychics’. Of these, there are TRV (Technical Remote Viewing), CRV (Controlled Remote Viewing), SRV (Scientific remote viewing) and possibly many others.
Lately, I’ve stumbled upon the Farsight.org site, which promotes the Remote Viewing research, specifically the SRV. The Farsight institute is a non-profit organization devoted to RV research and promotion. As a benefit of being non-profit they provide with a free 18-hours audio course plus textbook on their site. I definitely want to take a closer look at it and start to listen to the audio course.
For more information, visit Farsight.org. See learning and there ‘Approach 1′, which is the free course.
Have you had any experience with Remote Viewing? Comment what you think of this issue.
The famous Sony corporation apparently has had an ESP research laboratory during the period between years 1990 and 1998. This R&D department has been busy with finding evidence for the existence of various ESP phenomena, mainly Remote Viewing and Qi energy, as it seems. The lab was know under the name ESPER which stands for Extrasensory Perception and Excitation Research.
The founder and lead researcher of the lab was Yoichiro Sako, first a computer science and mathematics scientist, who later developed interest in parapsychology. Backed by a senior Sony executive, the lab has been active for 8 years.
Here’s what Mr. Yoichiro Sako had to say during the 16th Annual Meeting of the Society for Scientific Exploration at Las Vegas, NV:
"As the 21st century draws nearer, we can see that society’s materialistic values, fostered in many respects by modern science and technology, have become outdated and unworthy. It is clear that we have come to another turning point in history and science. What we require to meet the challenges of these unpredictable and confusing times is a new paradigm to guide a new age. I believe that the key to this new paradigm lies in the research of biological, mental, and spiritual phenomena such as "Qi" and other psychic powers that have been overlooked by modern scientists…. I think that the results of my research could help bring about a significant revolution that might force our materialistic society to turn around, and concurrently reform the ways of modern science and technology."
Well, after 8 years of research, Sony closed the lab with the statement that the ESP phenomena was proved to exist but that they didn’t find a way to use it commercially, so the research was closed. Specifically, most progress was done with Remote Viewing and Qi energy, and the study conclusions were stated on these matter.
For more reading into the Sony ESP research laboratory, read the article at http://www.parascope.com
Although Sony did not provide public with hard evidence to the validity of its research result, it is still a notable fact, that first, a big commercial company research ESP for 8 years and, second, that they have officially stated that they have found ESP phenomena to be true.
Amit Goswami posted on the http://www.quantumbiocommunication.com site an article titled: Can Quantum Physics Explain the Paranormal?
In the article Amit tries to explain the readers how quantum physics can explain what classic physics can’t – paranormal. Some understanding of quantum physics is beneficial to better understand the article and I must confess that I had hard time understanding some of the concepts.
In general he first presents a problem, where even quantum physics can’t fully explain transfer of information between quantumly linked objects over a distance and he tries to find the missing link that allows such events as telepathy take place (since they were recorded to exist in laboratory experiments).
His final conclusion is that consciousness is the missing link that allows quantum links to be maintained over time and transfer information.
Overall, another quality post from this great site.
