"Hands of Light" by Barbara Ann Brennan is a book you must have on your bookshelf if you want to practice some form of Energy Healing. In the book Barbara thoroughly explains the energy structure of the people, the chakra system, the various energy bodies that we have in text and color illustrations. She then explains how to use this information to diagnose and heal people. The books includes practical advices to those who want to become healers and balance the human energy field.

"Quantum Touch" by Richard Gordon is a must have book for those wanting to learn the 'Quantum Touch' healing method. This energy healing modality is easy to learn, even from the book, although a workshop is recommended. The book includes the history of the method, the technique, exercises to develop the technique, including great illustration. The technique is explained in 3 levels: basic, intermediate and advanced. This technique is one of my favorite because of its ease of use and fast effect.
